It could hardly be more central or more convenient; Cockburn Street (pronounced Co'burn), a lively cosmopolitan mix of specialist music and clothes shops, galleries, pubs and cafés, leads down to Princes Street Gardens from the Royal Mile, which is a few steps away. The holiday accommodation is two minute's walk from Waverley Station, Edinburgh 's main railway station

A well equipped Kitchen with plenty of workspace, Electric oven and ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, plenty of glasses and crockery. There is also a pine dining table and chairs to sit up to 6 with a charming view across the road to the old Scotsman newspaper office.
