Large central Edinburgh apartment - located on the edge of Marchmont and just a few minutes walk through the Meadows parkland to the Old Town and the Royal Mile. Ground floor with it's own private entrance and gardens front and rear. This is the furthest away from the Royal Mile, but is Ideally located beside the University and overlooking the wide open spaces of the Meadows (large city park with tennis courts and children's play areas) which comes alive at Festival time with shows and theatre.

A well equiped Kitchen, Gas hob and oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, plenty of glasses and crockery. There is also a pine dining table and chairs to sit up to 8 with a charming view to the rear garden.
2 Master Bedrooms - Large Double bed with duck down duvet and pillows (
asthma aware option available if required ) each have en-suite shower/bathrooms finished in Italian marble and polished granite floors

The apartment is located on the south side of the city centre, a few minutes walk from the Tourist area of the Old Town, Royal Mile and Castle and then on down to Princes Street with it's world famous department stores.
